Prior to devoting myself exclusively to private practice, I served as Clinical Director for an outpatient program at a major New York City hospital. I supervised other psychologists and psychologists-in-training as well as helped create the hospital's externship program.
My work has been published in professional publications such as Journal of Psychotherapy Integration, Journal of Dual Diagnosis, Substance Abuse and Addiction Research and Theory. I also contributed to A Handbook of Divorce and Custody published by The Analytic Press.
I trained in a variety of settings such as the Bronx Veteran Affairs Medical Center, Rockland Children's Psychiatric Center, and Bedford Hills Correctional Facility.
My doctorate was awarded by the Derner Institute of Advanced Psychological Studies at Adelphi University. I also hold a Master's degree in forensic psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. I am licensed by the State of New York.
